عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: الْتَمِسُوهَا في الْعَشْرِ الأَوَاخِرِ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ، لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ، في تَاسِعَةٍ تَبْقَى، في سَابِعَة تَبْقَى، في خَامِسَةٍ تَبْقَى
18 - Narrated Ibn `Abbâs (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (may peace be upon him) said, Look for the lailat of Qadr (the night of power) in the last ten nights of Ramadân - on the night when nine or seven or five nights remain out of the last ten nights of Ramadân ((i.e. 21, 23, 25, (27, 29,) respectively).
